Most agencies bury you in onboarding decks. We don't. The first month is built around shipping, not slides — but every step is documented so nothing depends on a single person remembering it.

Audit & alignment

We read your accounts, your Shopify, your past creative. We come back with a 6-page diagnostic — what's working, what's leaking, what we'd do differently in the first 60 days. Free, no obligation, yours to keep.

Onboarding sprint

Two weeks. We rebuild the account architecture, set up tracking and attribution properly, brief the creative team, and ship the first batch of testable assets. You'll know within fortnight whether the partnership has legs.

Scale phase

Weekly creative iteration, daily budget management, monthly board-ready reporting. We don't wait for quarterly reviews to fix what's broken — but we don't pretend we're "always on" for emergencies that aren't real, either.

Quarterly review

Once a quarter we sit with the founders and ask the hard question: is this still the best use of your marketing spend? If the answer's no, we'll tell you so and help with the transition.

How is the 15% calculated?

15% of net profit attributable to paid media — calculated as gross revenue from tracked channels, minus COGS, minus ad spend, minus shipping and processing. We use the same definition your accountant would. The contract spells it out in plain English.

What size of brand do you typically work with?

Brands doing roughly $50K to $5M monthly revenue with healthy gross margins. Below that, ad spend rarely justifies a senior team. Above that, you probably already have an in-house function and need something more bespoke — happy to talk regardless.

Do you do creative, or just media buying?

Both, under one roof. The split between agencies who "do creative" and agencies who "buy media" is the single biggest reason performance stalls. We script, edit, and ship UGC and motion in-house, briefed by the same people running the campaigns.

What happens if performance doesn't improve?

On Partnership terms, you pay nothing if there's no net profit attributable to our work — by design. On the Retainer, we offer a 90-day performance check-in: if we can't show meaningful progress against the audit benchmarks, we release you from the minimum and refund the most recent month.

Do you sign exclusivity in our category?

Yes, for direct competitors in the same geography. We define "competitor" tightly and document it in the contract. We won't pretend two skincare brands aren't competing because one sells "serums" and the other sells "treatments".

Where are you based?

Tideform is the brand of Wish Us LCUK LLP, a UK Limited Liability Partnership registered in England & Wales. The team works remotely across the UK and Europe. Contracts are governed by English law unless we agree otherwise.
